
Keely is a third-year law student in the Indian Legal Program at Arizona State University.
Keely Driscoll is a law clerk with experience in legal research, policy analysis, and tribal self-governance. She has worked on issues involving tribal law, federal policy, and judicial processes; assisting attorneys with drafting memoranda, conducting legislative research, and supporting tribal consultation efforts.
Keely’s background includes work with tribal governments, legal organizations, and federal agencies, providing her with a broad understanding of legal issues affecting Tribal Nations.
Experience
Keely has gained legal experience with the Native American Rights Fund (NARF), U.S. Department of Justice in the Office of Tribal Justice, Indian Legal Clinic, Hayííłką́ LLC, and the Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community Office of General Counsel.
Prior to law school, Keely interned for the Meskwaki Tribal Court.
