Jennifer Rebholz is a Senior Counsel with Zwillinger Wulkan.  She is an experienced litigator and a board-certified specialist in the area of injury and wrongful death in Arizona.  She has represented clients and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage matters.

Jennifer has conducted more than 35 jury trials and hundreds of arbitrations.  She has handled cases in the most of Arizona’s counties. She serves as an arbitrator in first-party arbitration cases, and previously volunteered as a judge pro tem.

A significant portion of Jennifer’s practice has focused on complex litigated transportation, premises liability, commercial disputes and defamation cases.  She has experience with catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, and extensive experience handling bodily injury claims in counties across Arizona.  Jennifer ably negotiates settlements for her clients when it is appropriate but has also taken many cases to trial when settlement wasn’t possible.

Experience

Jennifer is a past president of the State Bar of Arizona.  She served on the Judicial Counsel for a year and served as chair of the rules committee for several years.

Jennifer currently serves on the executive board for the Phoenix chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
