Civil Litigation Specialist & Former State Bar President
Jennifer Rebholz is a distinguished Senior Counsel at Zwillinger Wulkan, where she represents plaintiffs in complex civil litigation matters. With nearly two decades of experience spanning both defense and plaintiff advocacy, she brings a comprehensive perspective to every case she handles.
As a State Bar of Arizona Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death — a distinction held by only the top 4% of Arizona litigators — Jennifer has established herself as a leader in her field. Her extensive trial experience includes over 35 jury trials and hundreds of arbitrations, earning her membership as an Associate in the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)
Jennifer's practice focuses on complex transportation cases, premises liability, commercial disputes, and defamation matters. She has particular expertise in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, with extensive experience handling cases across Arizona's counties. Her unique perspective in civil litigation stems from her experience on both sides of the courtroom. Prior to joining Zwillinger Wulkan, she served as captive counsel for a major insurance company and worked as a civil defense litigator, representing both individuals and businesses. This diverse background provides her with invaluable insights into case strategy and resolution. Jennifer has handled cases across Arizona's judicial landscape, representing clients in most of the state's counties. She also serves as an arbitrator in first-party arbitration cases, drawing on her extensive trial experience to provide fair and knowledgeable dispute resolution.
Experience
Currently serving as Chair of the State Bar of Arizona's Board of Legalization Specialization Task Force, Jennifer continues to shape the future of legal practice in Arizona. Her leadership extends to her past role as President of the State Bar of Arizona (2021-2022), where she championed professional excellence and civil advocacy. Jennifer holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Her commitment to the legal profession is evident through her active membership in numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Justice and the Arizona Association of Justice.
