Elise Dondero is Zwillinger Wulkan's Human Resources Assistant. She has a background in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology, or the study of workplace behavior.  She brings experience in HR policy and procedures, training and development, and people and culture.

Elise assists in the firm's office management implementing HR policies and procedures.  As the firm continues to grow, her goal is to build a Human Resources department that provides streamlined processes, best practice resources, and most importantly a safe space for employees.  She is committed to fostering a strong culture within the firm to ensure the company's success as well as attracting and retaining top talent.

Elise is no stranger to the desert as she was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV.  She has lived in the Phoenix Metropolitan area since 2020. In her spare time, Elise enjoys spending time with her son and reading the next best romantic comedy.
